From managing 16 authors, liaising on a regular basis, creating a book template and submitting the book for publishing as well as managing tight deadlines, proof reading and adapting to change on a regular basis. She works well under pressure and has been reliable and totally trustworthy. One of her greatest assets is that she sees solutions to problems that I am unaware of, bringing it to my attention to save time and money and approve the overall efficiency of the business.
